They can control call flow and will leave you for HOURS w/ nothing, sink your stats and then bombard you with back to back calls, and then blame you. Also there's a point system that can get you giftcards. It gave me the giftcards, took my points but also took it out of my paycheck, $100. I was never reimbursed and no they dont tell you it comes out of your check.
